Micky mouse operation - This 1 star is too much

WORST SERVICE EVER! It's amazing how quick they are to remind you when you missed a payment, wait until you need assist and call their contact centre. Agents are rude and extremely ***********. Simple thing like a letter they can't send. First i was told it take 24 hours to send a simple email with an attachment, the next they im told i need to send documents to receive an email. Awful service, 4 calls later and 3 emails letter, when i send the documents, the *****s ask me to send details, clearly they cant even see when an email has attachments. Service is sickening.
