Lost documents

I app**** for an account nearly two months ago and I have been to the store more than 3 times to check on the progress.

The store faxed my documents 3 times!! and still Tenacity claimed that there were outstanding. I received a call from Tenacity that my documents were missing, and I asked how possible was this because they were faxed and the guy from Tenacity said he had them in front of him - he basically **** to me.

I suggest that you removed me from your system, stop sending me sms's since you are a bunch of *********** people. I would not want an account or ever want to do business with the likes of inept and useless people. Your call centre agents are just as rude - they hung up on me. And I will go onto Hello Peter to report this bad service.
