DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY REASON

HORRIBLE!! If I could give them negative stars I would. Installed incorrectly so that the internet didn't work most days. Called Tec support who never got back to me. Had to reboot the modem constantly to get service. They auto debited my credit card for monthly service fees without my approval or responding to my complaints. Refused to compensate me for the hours the internet didn't work, despite seeing all of them in their log. No physical office location that is manned. Worst internet I've ever experienced and I have lived in Asian and African countries all with better internet. Extremely poor customer service. Terrible company with OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive fees.
