Bad credit

Wow I am utterly heartbroken. I have ALWAYS paid my Ackermans account on time. My phone and cards were ******. 1. Took me forever to get the card blocked 2. Submitted all documents regarding *****ulant buts on the card. (I was not in the same city as purchases were made) 3. I have NOT gotten any feedback whatsoever .... yet my creditscore is going down and affecting me because I am waiting for help. 4. You can call and email to your hearts content and they will NOT help you
