Account application

Bad and poor customer services from their agents those girls are rude, i app**** for an account instore August for Tekkie town which is one of their stores, my application was returned instore but i was never informed with an error, went instore to check re app**** got no response. Called them several times speaking to those rude agents who lek customer service training and they were very impatient with me even yesterday.

LUCINDA MATTHEE AND BONITA CAROLUS which i believe they are managers also received my emails but none responded till today.

All i wanted to know is the status of the application but yoooh poor very poor customer services form their customer service department I'm so disappointed, a downfall of a company in retail business can be their customer service department.
