Worst Service ever!!!

This is not the first, second or even third time I have been trying to get a response.

This account has been paid up in Sep we are in Nov and no paid up letter, no change on my credit report – you are truly the worst people to deal with when it comes to getting assistance.

Please send me the letter and please send/submit it to who ever to be removed from my report!
