Worse CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I settled my ackermans account in August already. I have to date not received my closed off letter for my account. Today i tried calling your call centre and what a F***UP!!!!! I was transferred to 3 different call centres. The number given to me *** dies as soon as you call!!! I want my paid up letter today still!!!
