Update my ITC Ackerman's still on default

I was handed over to attorney for my outstanding Ackerman's account , i have made payment to settle the account ,then was provided with a settlement letter , i have sent emails to Tenacity with the paid up letter requesting that my ITC be cleared , it is effecting my credit score and want to have it updated , i have not received any communication back since i have updated Tenacity of the payments made with the proof of payment
