Unwarranted Payment Reminder SMS Messages

I am very disturbed by receiving Unwarranted Payment Reminder SMS from Ackermans/Tenacity although my account is fully paid. This is causing unecessary frustration. I called the call centre customer service who indicated that they cannot change the system from not sending these messages. I wil be cancelling this account.
