*****ulent Tenacity Pep Store Account

My Pep Stores account was paid in full in May 2025. The day after the full payment they added interest and are refusing to close my account. Every day I speak to Tenacity there is another issue with blocked accounts and requesting me to send new bank statements and ID copies to unblock the account but they are refusing to close this account. One month later they have added more interest to the account and sending me statements. Take this as a fair warning to never open a Pep Stores account as you will never be able to close the account again. Worst customer service ever.
