*****ulent activity happening there by Tenacity. Don’t pay using tenacity for your account!!!!

****s with very bad customer service. I made an online payment into my Ackermans A+ account using tenacity services in the 31st of May. The money didn't reflect to my account till the 9th of June, I went instore (Ackerman’s) to check and they called Tenacity and Tenacity promised the money would reflect into my account. On the 11th of June I received an sms saying my account would be put into arrears because of Tenacity, I called them and they said I used a wrong reference number which was a lie because it was a correct reference number. On the 3rd and 9th of June I had emailed them my proof of payment yet when I called them all of a sudden the reference number is wrong. They didn’t even apologise and the money is still not in my account yet because of them.
