Tenacity very rude and unprofessional agents

Very poor service from switchboard and consultants, the lady from switchboard refuse to provide me with her name and while I was talking she transferred me to a consultant after I gave the consultant the clients details she said that she have to transfer me to the correct department and dropped the call. very people dont know what they are doing and dont understand customer service.
