Tenacity Financial services USELESS!

I recently made a payment to my PEP account and emailed proof of payment but received an email saying, "email address blocked" so i contacted PEP via whats app and confirmed the email address with a consultant, Jason and was given another email address only to find out that it was incorrect as well. I went into a PEP branch spoke to someone on the phone and was given another email address. I got all the contact email addresses from the PEP website so clearly their website is completely incorrect. INCOMPETANCE! I am still waiting to hear whether my payment of R250 is reflecting in the account of TENACITY FINANCIAL SERVICES????? PATHETIC SERVICE!
