Tekkie town Tenacity and MBD horrific service

I had a account with tekkie town for may years. In April 2024 I have been retrenched. I immediately notified tekkie town and emailed all the documents through to them. The only replies I received was ticket opened then ticket closed so I assumed that they have received my claim. lately I have been receiving 100's of calls from MBD re this account. I reported mbd on Hello Peter and the very next day they advised me that I must send my claim to tenacity financial services which I did, They then advised me that my claim has been declined because of late submission. How the hell tekkie town and tenacity is part of the same group. I say they deliberately stall paperwork in order to turn claims down. When I requested that MBD use my email to correspond with me their staff got very rude. I refuse to talk to their agents as I have told all of them the same thing 100's of times. Once again big companies do as they like and we must just accept, well not this time around.
