Reinstating My Account on my Transunion Credit Report

I am tired of you and you incompeted consultanted who takes me from pillar to post. I am tired that none of your consultant respond to my e-mails and have zero knowledge of how to resolve my issue. I have explained multiple times that my Ackermans Account does not reflect on my Transunion Credit Report and I was adviced to call my Creditors to reinstate it but no one, I mean know one at Ternacity can assist me. If you do know know how to resolve this matter please advise so, so that I can close my account with you because all your departments are clueless.
