poor service for our provided fund.

the worst company ever, for the provided fund to be processed it took the whole 2months. I registered 2months ago & Every time I do a follow up with Sanlam they said my previous company haven't submitted my docs and when you call the HR THEY are so rude and will tell you they will send forms after a week. its been two months calling them they are telling us the same thing and we are group of people. they are so spiteful with our money they take their own time to send docs to Sanlam as I'm stilling waiting we are going for the 3rd month now.
