Not bothered in receiving payment

I had an account with Tenacity/Ackermans which was handed over to Anthony Richards and associates. I have been emailing the collectors every day for two weeks now just to get a statement and banking details so that I can settle this account but I get no reply. When mailing Tenacity they say they can't help me. How on earth can I get this people to send me a statement and banking details ???
