NEEDS TO BE REPORTED

How does a company get away with calling someone literally 20 times a day? When I answered and told the agent that I have emailed them with regards to my account, he told me that I must not email and must talk to him, or else he would keep calling. Lo and Behold he called me another 5 times after that call. They call you the entire day and a few minutes after each other. I have told them I am at work and it is disrupting my work. Yes, I have Trucaller but the calls still show up as missed/blocked calls. It is annoying and I have reported them to the consumer council as this is harassment.
