Worked for tenacity for more than 4years...submittedy my resignation letter in October started serving my notice till the 8th o November...submitted my provident fund claim forms on the 9th of November after 6weeks called expecting my payment Sanlam confirmed that they never received my forms...called Hr I spoke to Natasha Peterson she referred my email to Clinton Marney apparently my documents were there no one sent them to Sanlam... I waited for 2weeks . I received my payment the lousy 3900 ...waited for my money for 7weeks..am behind in everything,am paying rent,I have accounts, I have a 1year old baby that needs food...they take other people's needs for granted....when called them no one answered at HR Natasha rep**** via email that she alone...the payment that I have received was it for Sanlam or Liberty and not even one person told me about liberty...Aysha Smith my team leader never told me that I should complete 2 claim forms ...and now I should for HR manager Jenifer to come back from leave...
