I have been harassed for the pass six months by Tenacity call center for an account that i paid up about six years ago with John Crag. they have being bulling me over the phone and intimidating to pay this account. they have no proof of any purchases that i have made. this account has been paid up and the card was cut up and discarded in the store many years ago. tenacity has now added this amount by force to my Ackermans account. no matter how many attempts i have made to resolve this matter i am not getting any joy. what they are doing is totally *******.
