Exceptional customer service!

I’d really like to commend Noloyiso if I wrote her name correctly for the exceptional service she provided to me. After being frustrated calling multiple times trying to resolve my issue regarding my Ackerman's overpaid account she managed to remain professional even thou I was yelling at her because I can ,other agents were unable to find my documents ,she is such a great example to many other service providers! 🙂 I have received my refund thank you lady! 👍🏽
