BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE EVER RECEIVED IN MY WHOLE LIFE

I received bad service from your call centre i have been calling you non-stop from today trying to telll you what is happening to me but all consultant i have spoke with they just hang-up my calls, guys im not happy with your service i even send a complaint but it is not attended, i opened account on the 15th of April and purchase i was waiting for communication from your side stating the amount and date that i will have to pay monthly but i did not receive until i receive a call on the 5th of May from one of your consultant telling me that i have outstanding payment i told the lady how i will have outstanding payment whilst you guys that did not send any communication? i didnt know im paying what amount now my account is in arrears because of your lack of service? where will i get money to pay 1400? im not happy the way you treated me what happened to me is your fault not my fault i even went to the store to check my monthly installment but they said it shows 00 i phoned your call centre your consultant told me they cant see anything on the system as the account is new, no guys this is bad im not going to accept this i complained on the 8th of may asking for statement they sent statement on the 10th how will get money on the 10th i was supposed to know my monthly installment before month end not after month end, i have been calling your call center but no one is helping as you cant help me i will escalate this treatment to the ombudsman
