Bad attitude

I would like to find out what is the policy at tenacity regarding an agent calling someone they know personally? Early this morning received a call from Nobahle regarding my overdue Ackermans account. Instead of making arrangements with me I hear her calling people to her pc saying "friend this is so so so from Montana the one who was dating so and so from gugulethu and she can't even pay her account" that start laughing and I asked her is the purpose of the call to mock me? She continued on and said "pay your account girl you keep yourself big but your accounts in arrears". I told her she's crossing the line and I will take this further and lay a complaint she further says to her colleague "listen she says shes gonna call in and complain" that's where I hung up the call. I've never ever been insulted so much in my life and as a highly pregnant women full of emotions I am angry and broken as to how she spoke down to me. I would like for someone to contact me and the call to be reviewed and you will hear for yourself. I know exactly where tenacity is in kuilsriver and if I was a rude person I was gonna go to the offices but you know what that's not in my nature and I want her to know she was way out of line coz I don't know her and don't wish to know her.
