APPALLED BY TENACITY FINANCIAL SERVICES

i was working for the company for about eight months and unfortunately i had to leave the company because 1. i am a student 2. the company does not offer study leave as end of year exams were approaching after resigning i was given provident fund forms to make claim and i was required to email back o the company can process it through. The processing of the funds on the form takes about 10-15 days and i had sent the email on the 1st of november. this morning the 9th i call in and query i whether they have received my email and the lady on the other line from HR, was utterly rude saying that her colleague has other matters to attend to and my matter would not be attended to today. she said i would have to wait up until her colleague was finished with other matters. if this is how the company operates when an employee has terminated their contract then i highly recommend you find possible employment elsewhere. i asked the lady that i was speaking could i rather not independently send the claim directly to liberty and she bluntly said no either way they would have to sign it off, i just have to wait.

I am appalled by Tenacity, Liberty could you please intervene.
