Ackermans Card

I was preapproved for a Ackermans Card. I didn't ask for it. It was offered to me. I sent all the documents that was asked. A week later I still haven't heard anything. I phoned them to find out my status and they said they didn't get my documents. So I then resent it and 3 days later I still didn't get a reply. So I phoned them again. They let me wait on the phone for 10 min and then they said they didn't get my docs again. So I resent it to them again. Then got no confirmation. Then I phoned them again and they said that they didn't receive it again. So I said I can't keep phoning them to ask if they have received my documents that they must send me a confirmation that they have received it. They said that thats not how they work. I will have to phone them all the time to check up if they have received it. I can't keep phoning them and sitting on the phone for 10 min each time waiting for them to check if they have received it. So I told them to leave it. Its a really painful situation.
