Order Not Delivered

I placed an online order for telstra pre-paid SIM on the 11th Jan and immediately receive a confirmation email with order #PPST***7 saying it will take 2-4 business days to deliver. I checked on the 15th January what is happening with the order as it is already 3 business days. Contacted Telstra via Live Chat. Attended by Irvin. I was told that the order was picked up from the warehouse just now and it will take another 2- 3 business days. Said to Irvin that this is not acceptable and asked him to escalate the matter in order to speed it up. I was told that they can not do anything.
