Thanks for wasting my precious time

I have been a member for many years. I have just spent approx 20 mins completing your survey about DSTV at at the 90% mark something went wrong and I received the message "thanks for completing the survey" but when I logged in to my account I did not receive any points. In trying to log in to complete it, I received the message that I have already completed the survey. Other times I just start the survey, click the first or second question and I get the message "thanks you dont qualify". Please dont waste my time, its getting so that I see a survey from you in the inbox and I am now tempted to just delete.
