BAD SERVICE

I have been a member of Tell Us About It for the past 3 years now and at first their service was amazing. I completed all my online surveys and got paid on time. Late last year things got horrible, payments were late, some never received even though surveys were completed and on time. Things got worse this year. Whenever I redeem a voucher, airtime or cash I have to wait atleast OVER a month to get it. Talk about incompetence at its worst! Their service is getting worse by the minute because I used to wait for atleast 8 days before I got paid. Only 8 or less. But now I have to wait for months. Horrible horrible service.
