Unhappy and i wanna cancel it

I tried to call this company several times and they can’t be reached, i also send them WhatsApp texts till now response. I wanted to cancel everything and now im stucked with debt order mandate on my account which they going to take my money next month and we have not finished everything even the forms they said they will send they never. Im so ****ed and i feel line im be ****med
