Paid for Debt Review – No Service Delivered, No Response Since 2021

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Telepro Consultants (6 Burg Street, Cape Town, 8001, ***). In 2021, I approached them to assist me with a debt review process. I was assured that they would handle everything on my behalf. Based on this, I paid their fees in full. Unfortunately, after receiving my payment, they completely failed to deliver on their promise. Over the past few years, I have made numerous follow-ups, but I have been ignored repeatedly. My calls and requests for updates go unanswered, and I have received no proof that any work was ever done. This lack of communication and failure to provide the agreed service is unacceptable and unprofessional. It has caused me unnecessary stress and financial concern, especially since I trusted them during a difficult time.
