Not a Happy Client

Am very disappointed and dissatisfied about the service received from telepro consulting, the promised to remove my name from debt review, until to date they are not taking my calls, replying to my emails, the blue tick me on whatsapp when am inquiring about how far the procedure is going. I have paid them in full, and they still deduct money from my account which I don't even know what is for now.
