Incomplete Application with Debit Order Mandate

I tried to call this Teleproconsultants several times without reach, I also send them WhatsApp texts without response. I wanted to cancel everything I am also sitting with R4000 debt order mandate on my account which they going to debit, we have not completed the application. I am frustrated.
