sorrows with Iemas

I've had so much sorrows with Iemas for the double/triple deduction they and trying to get my money back and as one problem is solved I check to find out if my purchased card is working and they said yes and I get to the shop and I get declined I WAS SOOOO EMBARRASSED. Now I cannot say they did this on purpose but I would like to know what the excuse this is this time but I am letting my management know what I've been going thru because I think their contract needs to be looked at again I don't want others to go thru this ever.
