Pathetic service

<p>With all due respect, could someone take charge in listening to what our request is, a</p> <p> </p> <p>Our system (extension lines) have previously worked fine with our old system, and only the switchboard seem to be working ok (and just ok, and only for a while). Please know this cannot be delayed for another day!! We don't have any telephone lines at all now for 3 days already! </p> <p> </p> <p>Our CEO- Kobus Burger's home telephone (on a different farm / location) is now also being routed to our work switchboard...he does not any longer get calls to his home at all.</p> <p>Also everytime we log a call with a problem, then it get fixed (or not) just for that interim, then faulty again.</p> <p> </p> <p>We cannot be the professional company we are due to this phone system not functioning at its optimum. After several calls, still no technition, PLEASE COULD YOU HELP US! </p>
