Poor Workmanship by Telelanga

Telelanga has the worst contractors. They dug up in front of my property in Orient Heights, Capricorn Crescent. They broke the water pipe. I called their site Manager and complained in September. The pipe is exposed, there is visible leakage and its now January and nothing has been done. The Site manager Kavi refuses to answer my calls or messages. I have sent him pictures and he ignores it. Please can this message be relayed to the powers that be at Telelanga so that they can fix their mess.
