Telefunken tice-663btgps radio

I bought a car radio TICE-663BTGPS and it is glitchy as hell, the home button doesn't work when in GPS mode so you have to cycle through all the modes to change a song when in GPS, the brightness wont set. I tried contacting Telefunken but they ignore my mails. Stay away from thier radios. The worst buy I've made this year.
