the most difficult remote to use for a tv
I purchased a telefunken tv recently. The new remotes have a mouse feature. It is one of thee most annoying and difficult remotes to use at my B&B Guests complain all the time. I have informed my supplier but he says that he cannot do anything. I am now lost and not happy

I bought a telefunken tv from Takealot on the 3November2025 on the 10January when I try to switch on the tv is no longer working then I was referred to Nuworld for assistance but I don’t get any assistance or feedback I call and send email to them but still no1 is able to assist or update me is been 2 weeks now I don’t know what to do with a TV that is less than 3months
