Telefunken TEO - 500SA

I have reported on two occassions on Telefunken's website about an incident whereby the front glass of the uncounter stove just exploded. The company Devco / INKATA the contractors of the area TUSCANY VIEWS who installed the stoves have just blatantly turned their backs on the problem. I believe my case is the fifth incident and it is said that Telefunken are well aware of the fault as it is deemed a factory fault.<br> <br> All I need to know is who can repair and reinstall the front glass of the Telefunken Stove TEO - 500SA.
