Telefunken Smart tv sucks

I bought a Telefunken 55" smart tv just over a year ago, in the beginning it was all good and well but as time went on the problems started. It keeps disconnecting itself from the internet and now if i want to watch Youtube i have to recover the tv to original state and reset it just because there is a new update for Youtube and the tv is not supported. Also i can't get Showmax or Dstv now on the tv. Telefunken should take there products of the market. If anyone can help that works for Telefunken?
