TELEFUNKEN REMOTE NOT WORKING

We bought a Telefunken Smart tv from Game Worcester approx 2 months ago. Last night the remote stopped working we thought it was the batteries. bought new ones still not working.

My wife went to Game Worcester this morning as the TV is still under guarantee. She asked if she must bring in the tv set for the remote to be replaced. the manager said no.

They say they cannot help us. NOW what now this is so wrong. I request a New Remote or new tv or a full refund.

The arrogant manager said to my wife she has to go buy a universal remote at Cash crusaders. What service is this? When they sold it the were too happy when there is problems. they treat clients like trash.
