Telefunken are lying thieving ****

<p>I saw last week that you were found to be selling TV's through Game that were marketted and sold as FHD (1080p) when in fact they were just HDR (720p). I went home and checked mine ...and lo behold .. I am one of your "lucky" customers who finds themselves with not one... BUT TWO 32inch Telefunkens that were advertised in the papers *Game Ads) and sold to me as FHD ..and both are in fact 720p screens ...</p> <p>There invoices, boxes, packaging etc. all marked them as full HD 1080P televisions. You are despicable ****. This is ********. You should be charged with ***** and fined. In fact I think we should team together as start a class action law suit against you for this *****! </p> <p> </p> <p>So I called your call centre multiple times ...and the call does not get through... it rings and is just dropped. </p> <p>I called the branch (Menlyn) ... and it rings and just gets dropped ... </p> <p> </p> <p>What do I do now. My perspective is simple- you marketed and branded the product as 1080p Telefunken sets.. I paid and bought them as such... so I want them replaced with Telefunken 1080p Television sets.... simple. Where can I go to get my replacement sets??</p> <p> </p> <p>Or alternatively tell me where my lawyer can send the summons. And I am sure I will find a lawyer that would want to run a class action suit... and I am certain Massmart would likely get on board too. </p>
