Telefunken 55inch TV purchased at Game is defective

I have purchased a Telefunken 55inch UHD LED TV from Game Gateway just over a year ago. All of a sudden the TV stops working..the power light does not come on. Ive been told that the TV has only 1 year guarantee..it is so strange that the TV stops working after just 1 year. I have read that Telefunken have beem manufacturing products that are defective and this TV seems to be one of them Game needs to take back the TV and refund or exchange this TV.
