refusal to repair telefunken 10.1 tablet

I bought a telefunken 10.1 at game stores at Menlyn branch in February 2015. the sad thing is the had a cracked screen for one day and it was dysfuntional. none of the keypad could work. returned to game which they exchanged. in march the screen had a small screen crack, keypad dysfunctional. went to game Menlyn to ask for a repairs. poor service I got from game . they booked the phone , following day called to say its not possible for their repairs to fix it. even when we ask we will pay. they say the phone cant be fixed. so why is game selling poor quality to us . things we can t repair. I will never shop at game , my friends and families I will discourage to shop there. I have been a loyal customer and I was treated like a nobody. telefunken bad product. Im taking this further than this. I used my R2000 cash for nothing...
