Game Galleria stocks unreliable goods

We took a Telefunken Tablet 10.1 inch in January 2015 on a Vodacom contract.<br> 2 weeks later whilst on charge the tablet heated and thereafter the screen cracked from the charge pin right across.<br> We had taken it back to the store the very next day only to be told this has never happened and hence they will have to send it in for repairs which they have done.<br> To date I have not received feedback from Game, Vodacom or Telefunken yet I am still paying this contract faithfully.<br> It seems that this product has a default of some sort but nobody is willing to take responsibility for the failed good.<br> How much more do we as consumers need to sacrifice? We buy at stores that are huge and have a reputation yet they don't care how pathetic their customer service is!!!
