Terrible ViCi Dial Service by Teleforge

I've been with Teleforge's ViCi Dial system for 3 to 4 months now, and my journey with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. If it's not wrong invoice statement, it's poor service delivery and to top it all off, a trigger happy accounting department, that above incorrectly generated statements, can't wait to cut your service for amounts that they can't even account for.

If you call, no one seems to be able to help while the people that can do something are constantly in meetings, if you email, responses take forever if they they actually do, and all this, is while your business in down and your call center isn't dialing.
