Worst service ever from Telconnect.

I have never received such terrible service. Every problem takes more than three weeks to sort out. There is no support and a lot of empty promises. Be careful before signing with Telconnect for any form of security set-up. I have been struggling for more than a year to get problems sorted out after a poor installation.
