1. Telconnect salespitch promised a 70 % saving on electricity - over the first 6 months a average saving of 29.4% 2. Numerous complaints via email and whatapp were answered with promises and no action after 7 months 3. Installation differ from what was agreed upon 4. Independant report shows the installation is not fit for the purpose and the deficiencies identified are fundamental rather than minor 5. It was also brought under my attention that I was heavily overcharged - and the non-excisting after sale service should say this company has to be avoided at all cost - worst ever experience
