Bad experience.

The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered coveralls for me and my staff that was advertised as re-usable. I had to pay immediately to secure my order. When they arrived they clearly stated on the package "Do NOT re-use". I phoned and asked to return them. It has been almost three months and still no refund! Apparently the request has been reported to admin. Also got cameras installed from them at the same time. Installer doesn't show up to fix problems. Reported to them that we needed to access data on the hard drive as the one camera was ****** and the ******** could clearly be seen. The police requested the data and we were unable to download it. More than a month later and still no assistance. Now the footage has been overwritten already and police are not happy with our recorded version that we took on our phones as a last resort. DO NOT support this company! They promise efficiency and service and deliver nothing!
