I was helped by Krishna , I must say, he was extremely helpful pleasant, polite. and respectful and himself called me back promptly 3 times and my billing issue was resolved and he then re-instated both my 5G and 4G services. He waited until both my connections were working again. I struggled for 3months before this and Krishna was better than all the attendants I got in all that time. He understood my issue perfectly and really helped me allowed me as much time as I needed. Thank you thank you again indeed for having an official like him in your company.
