Help

I am in Port St John's in the Eastern Cape. Have contacted vodacom on numerous occasions to complain about the signal coverage for both voice and data. The signal is so poor that I wait for hours before I can connect to the internet. The best I had was a one bar H+. We have a 93 yrs granny on the farm and her health is not good.
